By submitting a membership application, the applicant agrees to be bound by the FESBC Constitution and any subsequent amendments. Membership is subject to approval by the National Executive Council (NEC).
Members must maintain professional business ethics and conduct themselves in a manner that does not bring the Federation into disrepute.
Members in good standing are entitled to use the "Member of FESBC" title. However:
Members may not use the FESBC logo for personal or commercial gain without written authorization.
Tiered members (Gold/Platinum) are entitled to corporate branding placement on official FESBC platforms as specified in their membership tier.
A member may resign by giving one month's written notice to the Secretary General. All outstanding dues must be settled upon resignation.
The NEC reserves the right to terminate membership for constitutional violations, criminal activities, or actions contrary to the interests of the Eswatini business community.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Eswatini courts and the arbitration processes outlined in the FESBC Constitution.
